Windows kiosk EXE. Hardware-integrated. Enterprise-hardened.
We build full-screen .NET WPF / WinForms kiosk applications that run as standalone Windows executables — integrated with your printers, scanners, payment terminals, biometrics, and access-control hardware. Fully offline. Fully enterprise.
Everything a Windows kiosk EXE needs,
from a single expert team
From the touch UI to the hardware relay signal — we own the entire stack. No third-party middleware, no cloud dependencies at the edge.
Full-screen WPF / WinForms UI
XAML-based full-screen UI with smooth animations, touch-optimised controls, and accessibility support. Shell lockdown via Windows Shell Replacement — no taskbar, no desktop, no escape.
Hardware SDK Integration
We've shipped integrations with Zebra printers, Epson OPOS, Datalogic / Honeywell scanners, Pine Labs / Worldline terminals, Suprema biometrics, JCM cash recyclers, Wiegand gate relays, and more.
Offline-first SQL Server Engine
All transactions stored locally in SQL Server Express with AES-256 encryption. A configurable Windows Service syncs data to your central server on a defined schedule — works in air-gapped environments.
Active Directory / Smart Card Auth
Employee-facing kiosks authenticate via Windows DPAPI, AD LDAP, smart card (PKCS#11), or fingerprint — whichever your enterprise policy mandates. No custom auth framework.
MSI / MSIX Packaging & Auto-update
We package as an MSI / MSIX installer deployable via SCCM / Intune / Group Policy. An embedded auto-update agent checks the central server on startup and applies patches silently.
Remote Management Agent
An optional lightweight agent reports kiosk health (CPU, RAM, printer status, cash level) to our Kiosk Management Platform — enabling remote reboot, screenshot, and OTA update.
From specification to production-deployed EXE
in three phases
We've refined this process across 100+ kiosk projects — it eliminates the most common failure modes: integration surprises and hardware compatibility issues.
Hardware & UX Specification
We sit with your team to enumerate every peripheral, map every user journey (including error paths), and agree on the hardware model list before writing code. No assumptions, no late surprises.
Iterative Build & Hardware Testing
Two-week sprints, working EXE at the end of every sprint. Hardware integration tests run on the actual target devices — not simulators. Payment terminal certification handled by us.
Deployment, AMC & Fleet Rollout
We package, deploy, and validate on the first 10 units. Then roll to the full fleet. Ongoing AMC covers hardware SDK updates, OS patches, and feature enhancements under a fixed monthly fee.
The only team you need for
Windows kiosk development end-to-end
We don't sub-contract hardware integration or UX design. Our .NET developers, hardware integration engineers, and UX designers work as one team on every project — that's why our uptime record is 99.99%.
Enterprise-grade tools.
Production-proven stack.
We work exclusively with mainstream, long-term-supported Microsoft and cloud-native technologies — so your investment stays maintainable for years, not just sprints.
