Cash Acceptor, Card & UPI Support
JCM / CPI cash recycler accepts and dispenses notes up to ₹2,000. Pine Labs / Worldline terminal handles card (PCI P2PE). UPI QR rendered on-screen with auto-confirmation via the payment gateway callback.
Real-time Confirmation & Receipt Print
Payment confirmation arrives from the biller in under 3 seconds. The Epson thermal printer fires a detailed receipt immediately. SMS confirmation to the customer's registered mobile via MSG91.
Auto-reversal on Failure
If the biller confirmation times out or the network is unreachable, the transaction is automatically reversed and the cash / card refunded — no manual intervention required.
Multi-account & Partial Payment
Customers can pay multiple accounts in a single session (e.g. two electricity accounts). Partial payments are accepted for billers that support them, with balance-due display.
End-of-day Cash Reconciliation
The Windows Service generates a cryptographically signed EOD report with total cash collected, dispensed, and net float. Exports to CSV / PDF and optionally emails to the vault manager.
From biller selection
to printed receipt in 60 seconds
The kiosk runs as a WPF .exe on an industrial mini-PC inside the cash-recycler enclosure. Transactions are stored locally with AES-256 encryption and synced to the central server on the next window.
Select Biller & Enter Details
The customer picks the biller category, selects the specific biller, and enters the consumer number or account ID. The kiosk fetches the outstanding bill from the BBPS cache (last 4-hour sync).
Pay
The customer selects cash, card, or UPI. Cash is validated by the recycler, card is processed via the PCI-P2PE terminal, and UPI confirmation is polled from the gateway callback queue.
Confirm & Print
The BBPS acknowledgement is received, a receipt prints in 2 seconds, and an SMS is dispatched. The transaction is appended to the encrypted local ledger for EOD reconciliation.
