Payslip & Tax Document Download
Employees select their payslip month, authenticate via fingerprint or PIN, and the document prints immediately on the thermal receipt printer — or is emailed to their registered address.
Leave Application & Approval
Multi-step leave workflow: select type → pick dates → confirm balance → submit. Manager approval notifications fire via the Windows Service over your intranet mail relay.
Attendance Correction Requests
The employee logs a missed punch with reason and supporting shift record. The request routes to the supervisor inbox and syncs to the HRMS on next scheduled batch.
Policy & Handbook Access
All HR policies, SOPs, and joining documents are cached locally. Full-text search, printable, and updatable via the central admin console without visiting each kiosk.
Employee Profile Self-Update
Emergency contacts, bank details (masked display, edit-request workflow), and address updates — submitted directly, queued for HR approval, and pushed to the HRMS batch.
HR Helpdesk Ticket Raise
Employees raise IT or HR tickets directly on the kiosk. Tickets are stamped with device ID, employee ID, and timestamp, then queued for upload to your ServiceNow / Freshdesk instance.

All logic runs as a Windows Service + WPF front-end. Batch sync to SAP / Oracle runs on a configurable schedule — works perfectly in air-gapped environments.
Biometric Login
The employee touches the fingerprint scanner or enters their employee ID + PIN. The Windows Service validates against the locally cached Active Directory replica — no network call needed.
Select & Complete Task
The kiosk presents the employee's personalised task menu based on their role and department. All data reads from the local SQL Server mirror of the HRMS.
Sync & Confirm
On each scheduled sync window, the Windows Service pushes all queued transactions (leave requests, corrections, ticket raises) to the HRMS and pulls updated payslip data.
