End the queue. Start the experience.
An offline-first Windows kiosk and display system that issues tokens, routes customers across counters, and drives large-format display boards — all via a local Windows Service with no internet dependency.
Intelligent queue routing,
zero internet dependency
From the moment a customer selects their service to the moment their number is called — fully automated, fully auditable, fully offline.
Multi-service & Counter Routing
Customers select from up to 20 service types. The routing engine assigns them to the shortest available counter queue in real time, with priority rules for VIP and senior citizens.
Token Print + SMS / WhatsApp Delivery
The thermal token printer fires a slip with number, service, estimated wait, and a QR code for queue status. Simultaneously, Twilio / MSG91 sends the token to the customer's mobile.
Real-time Display Board Management
The Windows Service drives multiple TV display boards over local HDMI / TCP. Each board shows the current serving number, service type, counter name, and a scrolling announcements ticker.
Priority Queuing (Senior / VIP)
Tellers assign priority flags from their counter tablet. Priority tokens are inserted ahead of the standard queue with configurable advance positions — configurable per branch / service type.
Appointment-based Slot Booking
Customers book a slot online or via the companion mobile app. On arrival, they scan the appointment QR at the kiosk to skip the walk-in queue entirely.
Analytics: Wait Time & Throughput
The Windows Service logs every token issuance, counter call, and service completion. The back-office dashboard surfaces average wait times, throughput per counter, and no-show rates.
From token to teller
in three automated steps
Token kiosk, counter caller tablets, and display boards all run as Windows applications on the same intranet — no cloud, no single point of failure.
Select Service & Get Token
The customer touches the service tile on the kiosk. The routing engine calculates the optimal counter and prints a token in under 2 seconds. SMS is dispatched simultaneously.
Wait & Watch the Board
Large-format display boards show the live queue — current serving number, counter, and estimated wait. The customer can track their position on their phone via the SMS QR link.
Called to Counter
The teller presses 'Next' on the counter tablet. The display board updates instantly via SignalR. A counter chime sounds. The teller completes the service and marks it done.
Natively wired to your
display & calling hardware
Our kiosk and counter system communicate over local LAN / SignalR — no internet. Display boards are driven via HDMI or a lightweight Windows display app. No proprietary hardware lock-in.
Built on Microsoft. Runs offline.
Enterprise-grade from day one.
Every kiosk runs as a standalone Windows .exe — no browser, no internet dependency. Your data stays on-premise, your SLA is yours to own.
