You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in any way that could damage or impair the service or other users' access.

All content, branding, and materials on this site are owned by AtashiTech or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce them without permission.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, fees, and deliverables.

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtashiTech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The service. NextCms, at cms.atashitech.com with its player app "Full Screen App - Display Hub", lets you upload images and videos, arrange them in playlists and show them on your screens. The Free plan is free for ever within its limits; paid plans add more content and screens for the period you pay for.

Your content. You must own or have the right to show everything you upload. Don't upload anything unlawful, offensive or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove such content and close the account.

Plans and payment. Limits for each plan are shown on the portal's Plan page. When a paid plan ends, your account returns to the Free plan: nothing is deleted, but only what the Free plan allows is shown on your screens until you renew.

Availability. We work to keep the service running, and the player keeps showing saved content when the internet drops, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted.
