How we collect, use, and protect your information.

We collect the details you submit through our contact and enquiry forms — your name, email address, phone number and message. We also collect basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) to keep the site secure and improve it.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver the services you request, and send you relevant updates. When you contact us, your e-mail address is added to our occasional product newsletter; every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link, and once you unsubscribe you are not added back. If you subscribe to the AI News Today email on our AI News page, we keep your e-mail address and first name only to send that daily email, starting after you confirm the subscription by e-mail; every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link. We never sell your personal data.

We use essential cookies to run the site and remember your session. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work as expected.

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the site (e.g. hosting, email), under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose information where required by law.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Through our AT Connect application we send WhatsApp messages on behalf of our business clients, using the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Each client owns its own WhatsApp Business account and gives us access to it.

To deliver these messages we process the recipient's phone number, the message content (for example an order, booking or delivery update) and delivery status (sent, delivered, read). We act on our client's instructions and use this data only to send their messages and show them delivery reports. We do not use it for our own marketing and never sell it.

Messages are carried by Meta under the WhatsApp Business Policy. Message logs are kept for up to 12 months, unless the client asks us to delete them sooner. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP or contact the business that sent them; to have your data deleted, email us at contact@atashitech.com.

This section covers our NextCms digital signage portal at cms.atashitech.com and its player app on Google Play, "Full Screen App - Display Hub".

What we collect. Your account: your name, business name, email address, and optionally your mobile number and country. Your content: the images and videos you upload, and the playlists you build from them. Your screens: for each paired device, a random device key (stored only as a one-way hash), the device model, Android version, app version, screen size, and when it last checked in. Payments: when online payment is available, the payment provider handles your card or UPI details; we keep only the order and payment reference numbers and the amount.

What the player app does. The app shows your playlist full screen. It sends the device details above to our server so you can pair and monitor the screen. It does not collect location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, and it shows no ads. In custom web page mode it only displays the web page you enter.

How we use it. Only to run the service: show your content on your screens, enforce your plan, send account emails (sign-up code, password reset, billing), and help you when you contact support. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Where it is stored. On servers we operate, behind Cloudflare. Your media is served to your screens from public links with random names; anyone who has a screen's player link can see what that screen shows.

Keeping and deleting. Deleting an image, video or screen removes it from our servers. To close your account and delete everything, email us at contact@atashitech.com.
