Kiosk software company in Bengaluru
AtashiTech is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We write the software that runs on self-service kiosks and integrate the hardware bolted into them; we do not manufacture the enclosures.
If you are looking for a kiosk software company in Bangalore, this page explains what working with a local team actually gets you and what it does not. AtashiTech builds packaged kiosk and self-service solutions and custom applications through the kiosk application development service, and being in the same city as the site mainly changes three things: how discovery is done, how a pilot is supported, and how quickly somebody can stand next to a misbehaving turnstile. Everything else about the engagement is the same as it would be anywhere else, and we work with organisations well beyond Karnataka.
What a Bengaluru engagement looks like
Being in the same city is worth most at the two points where a kiosk project succeeds or fails: discovery and the first live unit.
On-site discovery
A kiosk journey is written properly only by watching the current process at a busy hour, standing where the queue forms. For a site in and around Bengaluru that is a morning rather than a travel plan, so discovery tends to be more thorough and the exception cases surface earlier.
Devices on the bench
Peripheral integration is only proved on real hardware. Where the devices are local, a printer, reader, terminal or controller can be brought to the bench and exercised against the real journey, including its failure paths, before anything is committed to a proposal. The categories we already drive are on the integrations page.
Pilot support in person
The first unit in a lobby, at a gate or on a lane is where assumptions meet the public. Being able to attend the pilot, watch real users and adjust the same week is the practical advantage of a local team, and it is why we ask for a pilot site before any rollout.
Support after go-live
Deployments are covered by an annual maintenance contract through consulting and AMC support, with fleet health, content updates and remote diagnostics handled from the kiosk management platform. Most issues are resolved remotely; proximity matters for the ones that are not.
Where self-service kiosks turn up across Bengaluru and Karnataka
General observations about the local market, not a client list. We do not publish customer names.
Technology parks and corporate campuses
Bengaluru's concentration of technology campuses, from the Outer Ring Road corridor to Whitefield and Electronic City, produces the most common request we see: a lobby that can check in a stream of visitors without a register, print a badge, alert a host and release a turnstile, and do the same for multi-tenant parks where one gate serves many companies. The corporate offices and IT parks page covers that journey in detail.
Hospitals and clinics
The city's large multi-speciality hospitals and the clinic chains around them run outpatient departments where registration, tokens and billing are three separate queues. Self-registration, OPD tokens and lobby bill payment are the usual starting points; the hospitals and clinics page sets out how those pieces fit together, and an illustrative OPD scenario walks through one design.
Manufacturing and industrial belts
The industrial areas around the city and along the corridors out of it, together with plants across Karnataka, bring the gate problem: a safety induction that must be completed before a badge opens a turnstile, contractor licences and permits to work, and an evacuation roster that has to print when the network is down. That is the subject of the manufacturing plants page.
Retail, food courts and public services
Malls and organised retail bring self-checkout, directories and service-desk tokens; their food courts bring shared self-ordering across many stalls; and municipal and state offices bring citizen payments, tokens and applications, where a regional-language interface is not optional. Those journeys are covered on the retail and malls, QSR and food courts and government and e-governance pages.
Education, banking and finance
Karnataka's universities, engineering colleges and school groups queue at the same counters every term for fees, admissions and examination enquiries, and their laboratories need an induction before a student is let in; that is the subject of the schools, colleges and universities page. Bank branches and non-banking finance companies in the city bring the other kind of collection problem, where cash has to be counted once and posted once against a core system, covered on the banks and NBFCs page.
Practicalities
What to expect when you get in touch from Bengaluru or anywhere else in Karnataka.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, and the current times are shown on the contact page along with the ways to reach us. A first conversation is usually a call to understand the journey, followed by a site visit where one is useful.
Language matters more in Karnataka than an English-only brief suggests. A citizen kiosk, a hospital registration screen or a plant induction here is normally designed for Kannada alongside English, with Hindi and other languages added where the workforce or the visitor mix calls for it, and with audio prompts for people who cannot comfortably read the screen. Multilingual screens are part of how these solutions are built rather than an extra; the interface work is done through the UI/UX design service.
We are not a Bengaluru-only supplier. Kiosk software is deployed, monitored and updated remotely through the fleet platform, so a Karnataka base is compatible with a national rollout. What we will not do is claim an office in a city where we do not have one.
