ID / Passport Scanning & OCR
MRZ OCR on passports, Aadhaar QR parsing, and driving-licence barcode reads. All extracted data auto-populates the visitor record and is stored encrypted on-device.
Live Photo Capture & Badge Print
The integrated webcam captures a visitor photo; a Zebra ZPL badge with name, host, time, and QR prints in under 4 seconds from the onboard thermal printer.
Host SMS & Email Alerts
The Windows Service fires an SMS (Twilio / MSG91) and an email the instant a visitor checks in — host name, visitor photo thumbnail, and estimated walk time.
NDA / Agreement e-Signing
Multi-page agreements rendered on the touch screen with handwritten e-signature capture. PDFs stamped and stored locally; optionally synced to your DMS overnight.
Blacklist & Watchlist Screening
Every visitor is checked against a locally cached watchlist (synced from AD / your security system on a configurable schedule) before the badge prints.

The entire flow runs as a .NET WPF executable on a ruggedised kiosk PC. No internet, no browser, no single point of failure.
Scan & Identify
The visitor scans their QR pre-reg code or taps 'Walk-in'. The OCR engine reads the ID document (Aadhaar / passport / driving licence) in under 0.5s and pre-fills all fields.
Capture, Sign & Screen
Photo is taken, NDA displayed for e-signature, and the watchlist check fires against the local cache — all in parallel. Total elapsed: under 12 seconds.
Print Badge & Notify Host
The Zebra printer fires the badge; the Windows Service simultaneously sends the host an SMS + email with visitor details. Gate relay opens on approval.
