OTA Content Updates

Remote Device Health Monitoring
Each player reports CPU temperature, storage, uptime, and content play status to the CMS. Offline screens trigger an alert to the operations team within 60 seconds.
Interactive TV & Kiosk Mode
For interactive use cases (self-service information points, hotel in-room apps, corporate directories) we add a touch overlay and build the interaction logic using Android TV Leanback or a custom WebView.

App Build & CMS Integration
The Android TV player app is built and the CMS content management console is configured. Integration with queue management, ERP, or live data feeds is tested end-to-end on the target TV hardware.
Fleet Deployment & AMC
We deploy to the pilot screens via MDM, validate, then roll to the full fleet. Ongoing AMC covers Android OS updates, CMS feature enhancements, and content template changes.
