Schools handle the data of children, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act treats a child's data with additional care, including parental consent; a kiosk that captures a photograph or an identity document at a school gate has to be designed with that in mind, with clear notices and retention limits. Accessibility on a campus means reach-friendly layouts for wheelchair users, large type, audio prompts and a regional-language option, since parents and support staff are not always comfortable with English.
